The 2011 Global CIO Study by Center founding partner, IBM, "The Essential CIO" is the product of over 3,000 face-to-face interviews with CIOs from organizations in 71 countries and 18 industries, and reinforces the increased strategic role that CIOs are playing within the enterprise.
